Handmade takes time
Every piece at Taarish is made by hand, with care and patience — and we ask for the same in return. Good things take a little time to shine.
Need it by a specific date?
Please reach out to us before confirming your order so we can check if it's possible. We'd hate to disappoint you after the fact.
How to reach us
We don't take calls for order updates, but we're always reading our emails — please write to us there, and we'll do our best to respond within 48 hours.
Delivery timelines
Orders typically arrive within 3–15 days. If yours hasn't shown up by then, don't worry yet — please wait until the 60-day mark, after which we'll happily issue a refund if it's genuinely lost. If tracking shows your package as delivered, we won't be able to offer a refund for a "not received" claim — this is simply to keep things fair and safe for everyone.
Please double-check your details
Incorrect addresses or contact information can cause delays or lost orders that are outside our control, so refunds won't be issued in such cases. A quick double-check before confirming saves everyone a headache.
On kindness
We're a small, handmade business, and behind every order is a real person pouring care into your piece. We always aim to treat you with warmth and respect — and we ask the same of you. Rude or abusive behaviour will result in your order being cancelled, with a refund processed within 24 hours, no further questions asked.

I'm an artist — I make things with my hands, and that takes time. Before you order, I just want you to know and agree to this: good things are worth the wait.
Domestic Orders
My usual waiting period is 10–15 days, but every now and then it may take a little longer — I promise I'm human, not a machine! If you're happy to wait anywhere between 10–20 days for your package, then you're more than welcome to shop away and pick whatever calls to you. ✨
International Orders
For my friends outside India — thank you for your patience in advance! International shipping can take anywhere from 15 days to 1–2 months, depending on how customs decides to behave that week. It's a little out of my hands once it leaves the country, so I appreciate you understanding.
